Burjuman Mall introduces ticketless Parking System featuring Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology to streamline the parking process. This innovative system eliminates the need for paper tickets, moving towards a fully digital and hassle-free parking experience.

The ticketless paid parking system is part of a growing trend among Dubai malls, following similar implementations by Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and Deira City Centre.

Implementation and Shopper Reactions
BurJuman has not announced an official launch date for the Smart Parking System, but some visitors have already noticed the transition. Dubai resident Ranaz JF, who visited the mall recently, observed that exit barriers were opening automatically without requiring a ticket, suggesting that the system is in a testing phase.
“It looks like they have already started testing the system. Visitors didn’t have to insert a parking ticket while exiting. The barriers just opened on their own, unlike earlier when a ticket was required. But, while entering, a ticket had to be taken for the barrier to open,” she shared.
How to Pay for Parking at BurJuman
- Payments must be made at designated machines before exiting.
