Dubai’s largest real estate developer Emaar reveals plans for new tower to challenge Burj Khalifa. This ambitious project aims to become the second-tallest building in the world, overtaking other upcoming skyscrapers, including the 725-meter Burj Azizi, which is also planned for Dubai.

While the exact height and location of the tower are still under wraps, reports suggest that the new tower will stand close to the 828-meter Burj Khalifa. Potential locations include the Dubai Creek development, where plans for another mega-tower are already in motion.
