While the exact height and location of the tower are still under wraps, reports suggest that the new tower will stand close to the 828-meter Burj Khalifa. Several innovative designs are under consideration, including a glass-tube sculpture, a rocket-shaped structure, and gothic-inspired spires. Potential locations include the Dubai Creek development, where plans for another mega-tower are already in motion.
Emaar’s vision for the new tower includes luxury offices, hotels, and leisure facilities, along with heavy AI integration. Though the project may still be in its early stages, it promises to be another architectural marvel for Dubai, adding to the city’s reputation for groundbreaking skyscrapers.
