Dubai Offers Free Public Parking for Eid Al Adha 2024

The Roads and Transport Authority has announced that Free Public Parking in Dubai throughout the long weekend, from Saturday, June 15 until Tuesday, June 18. During the Eid Al Adha holiday, only multi-storey parking facilities will incur charges, and regular parking meters will resume operations on Wednesday, June 19.

Free Parking in Dubai During Eid Al Adha

  • Duration: Saturday, June 15 to Tuesday, June 18
  • Charges: Only multi-storey parking terminals will be charged
  • Normal Operations Resume: Wednesday, June 19

Extended Dubai Metro Timings

From Sunday, June 16 to Friday, June 21, both the red and green metro lines will be in service from 5 AM until 1 AM the following day.

  • Dates: Sunday, June 16 to Friday, June 21
  • Operating Hours: 5 AM to 1 AM

Dubai Tram Extended Hours

The Dubai Tram will also operate with extended hours during the holiday period:

  • Monday to Saturday: 6 AM to 1 AM
  • Sunday: 9 AM to 1 AM

Bus Service Adjustments for Eid Al Adha

Bus passengers traveling during the public holiday should check the S’hail app for updated schedules. Notably, the E100 route from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station will not operate from Friday, June 14 to Tuesday, June 18. Passengers should use the E101 route as an alternative.

Dubai Offers Free Public Parking for Eid Al Adha 2024

Water Taxis and Abra Services

Water taxis will be available on a circular route from Marina Mall during the holiday. Advance booking is recommended. Abra journeys will also be available, and passengers should verify schedules before traveling.

Summary of Eid Al Adha Holiday Schedule

The Eid Al Adha holiday will commence on Sunday, June 16 and conclude on Tuesday, June 18, resulting in a four-day public holiday for both public and private sector employees in Dubai.
